Where does this store ship from?

All products are shipped from Portland, OR. All ideas are shipped from the mind of Kevin Wilson.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders will be filled around 2 business days. If there is a change to this you will be notified in some fashion.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

At this time my digital files will be personally delivered from my email account to you, so pleased allow 1-2 business days on these orders.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes, I do. Please mentally add a little bit of extra time for the shipping on these orders, but I place them just as quickly as I do domestic ones.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

All test shirts, ebooks, and digital sales are considered final. If there is some issue with the file download please contact me again so I can provide you a proper copy. Test shirts are sold as is.

If you receive a damaged or broken book, shirt, or other physical good please contact me immediately so we can arrange an exchange of equal or lesser value.

Test shirts? Misprints? What are those? Are they...super gross?

Test shirts are exactly that - shirts I test print on. Misprints are high quality shirts that have a bit of ink on them in the wrong places. Both are scruffy, but lovable. The difference in price you see between them and the higher quality prints reflect the materials used but not the amount of care I take in making them.

Are those test shirts new or used?

Each shirt should be considered used unless specifically stated. If you're worried about cooties: each shirt should be considered mega-cleaned by me. For every 5 shirts I test on only 1 makes the cut. From there I check to make sure there are no stains on the shirt itself, wash it, and recheck it. I understand not wanting to get a nasty shirt, which is why I take extra care in providing accurate photos for them.

Can I get the measurements for these shirts?

Of course! I print on American Apparel Unisex shirts, which you can find a size chart for here.
